Spoke with Bill on the phone who was super helpful! He went above and beyond what I was calling for by asking for the tracking number and figured some logistics out for me. Very impressed!

Customer service sucks! The SUPERVISOR of the post office was very rude. The workers have a don't care attitude, one lady was snapping back at me. Just trying to figure out where my package was and all I got was attitude.

I have been shipping regularly for the past 6 years with the Red Wing PO. Always helpful, and cheerful employees. If there was a six star rating they would get it!

Difficulty with getting packages delivered on time and where they should be delivered. While recent construction on Main Street has made this difficult, I have been told twice my package cannot be delivered due to receptacle being blocked. My regular mail was easily delivered today and my package was not. No notice was left despite two times saying it was. When I went in to pick up my package, they claimed there was not one there for me to pick up. Now a Father's Day gift, which should have been delivered on Wednesday, is late and cannot be picked up until Monday.  Completely unacceptable customer service by the USPS!
