Approaching 4 years at current address.  Keep getting mail from previous owners including checks, personalized business mailings, electronic service requests (for those whom are no longer at listed address on mail) and other types of mail.  Recently, I called the local Lakeville office told the man my story and gave names of old residents including my info.  Most recently, I got “electronic service requested” mail for old residents and I marked the mail in red marker “wrong address,” informed post office as stated above.  My carrier picked up the mailing from my mail box the following day, only to redeliver the marked mail “electronic service requested” and red inked “wrong address!”  Either Lakeville Post Office staff are negligent or think it’s funny to play games with their customers!

stars not available. Called to talk to somebody about mailman stuffing packages into mail box. Making package almost impossible to get out. Not only once, but multiple times. Said carrier multiple times, it just switched me to package tracking and said I could enter a package number or not, but then required a package number. Just wanted to talk to somebody about the issue and not have mailman stuff package in mailbox.

Want to put 0 out of 5 stars. For months have been receiving wrong mail and have to deliver it to the right address. Others have been kind enough to deliver my mail that was delivered to them. Called and complained as I know others have with no changes?! Important items have not been delivered. My packages delivered elsewhere. Going to and urge others as well,to make formal complaint in person at post office. Going on wayyyy too long!!

I had 4 packages, I repeat FOUR packages, that were misplaced or given to the wrong address on the same day at the same time. All four are missing and that was over $200 worth of stuff. As of right now they seem to be searching and doing what they can to locate my packages but I may have to start knocking on neighbors doors. Very disappointing. Really hoping they turn up..

Again, I wish I could put a negative star rating. This is literally the absolute worst business EVER! For years I have had lost mail and the rudest service. In the last week alone I've had my neighbors mail delivered instead of mine, an important business letter not delivered at all and twice mail thrown on the street in front of my mailbox. I just call again to bring up these issues and ask for my missing mail to be found. The supervisor, Michelle, told me there wasn't anything she could do to find my mail. When I said I wanted to file a complaint she said she didn't know how to do that. I asked if she was kidding. Her only response was "I guess try the national website". Anyone know how to file a lawsuit against a public company? After reading all the other reviews I know I'm not the only one who wants this situation to change.
