Never had a bad experience here. The people have always been kind and wonderful to work with. The prices have gone up a little in the past years but still the cheapest place around to send packages.

No wonder they are closing facilities down across the country! What kind of independent companies could get away with so many errors and the office hours are a joke; close at 10:30 am on Saturdays and I go on Monday at 11:50 and the door is locked!?!? What are you out to lunch? Do you not care about your business or customers? It's a form of communism and needs a major overhaul!
