If I could give this joke of a Post Office zero stars, I would. Having had a lost package and no tracking number, I was trying to see if they could look up the date it was sent. No, they do everything by numbers and couldn't help me. But, in the minute that I was there and spoke to the very rude guy at the counter and the also rude supervisor who just leaned against the counter and looked at my like I was wasting his time, I accomplished absolutely nothing! Drive out of your way to find a much more professional Post Office as this one is the absolute WORST PO that I've ever encountered in my life! Very unprofessional, very slow - they like to take their time. Several times I've been in the post office to see 3 big fellas up front and one just holding the counter up waiting to see if anyone needs to pick up while the line continues to grow. I'll never utilize this place again and to think that these people (that probably couldn't get a job elsewhere) will more than likely retire with the USPS. Its scary that this is what the government hires!!!!

Sad to see that this place has such low ratings. I frequent this post office nearly every other week. Service is always prompt and professional. I have never been in there for longer than 10 minutes, and that alone is grounds for 5 stars. I have never had such a reliable post office before, and it's true. Usually post offices are full of long lines and disappointment, but after 20+ trips, and many more, this is hands down the USPS I have been to.

i have been callling this post office every hour for the past 3 days and i keep getting the busy signal and at times when the phone will actually ring no one will answer it and it goes to a voice prompt saying "enter remote access key" why have a number listed for help and no one is there to actually answer the phone calls

Yeah, I'm still waiting on a Christmas present that was sent to me last year. It's August as I write this, but I suppose I've given up on ever getting it. Went here and they were pretty much no help, just told me to be patient and it should "get there soon." That was in January. Is it any wonder I never wanna send anything important through the USPS anymore?

Not only are they not helpful and unprofessional, but they lost my package and were of no help trying to find it and continued to blame me, even though their one of their mailmen did not do his job properly. UPS is a million times better. Don't waste your time with USPS, especially the one on W Pensacola St.
