Local folks are good to me.  But the system as a whole is a mess.  A package was sent to the mail recover center.  They had the tracking number to tell me where is was but lack the drive to return it.  The website is useless.  The Mail recovery center has no direct phone number and the email is unpublished.  The wait time on the help line is 1:50.  As I said the local folks have always been ver good to me. Three stars for the local folks.  Nothing good to say for the big system.  Big Government where stupidity is protected by a wall of bureaucracy.

Their tracking says our package was delivered at 6:20pm. We were sitting on our porch from 6pm to 7:15pm. We also have a camera outside that I reviewed just in case it was delivered before we got home. The package was never delivered. So now tomorrow I'm going to have to leave work so I can go up there and find out what happened to our package. Thanks USPS.

I dont understand how you can attempt to deliver a package and there never be a doorbell ring, knock at the door, or even leave a slip that says you were even there. Instead I get an email from Amazon telling me you couldnt deliver. So unless you plan on delivering it Sunday, I suggest you actually try and get it out to me since I paid extra for Saturday delivery.

Very bad service from the person who usually delivers. No matter what they try as hard as possiable to not have to drop a package off. Last package was badly damaged. It was a macbook and i will be filing a claim. Some of my things have also been opend in the past and poorly resealed. 

I believe it is not all but the few drivers that dont care.

Postal employees leave mail boxes open, deliver mail to wrong houses, crush packages...pretty much everything you can do to be a bottom of the barrel junk-rate post office.
