Ordered my key 11/2, it's now 11/16. I placed an order for my mailbox keys two weeks ago. The first person I talked to had no idea how long it takes for keys to be delivered, didn't know what was taking so long. But more importantly the second guy, was just unprofessional and very rude. I didn't get his name after I asked for it, he yelled and hung up. Now I can't even get a hold because he's acting like a child not picking up the phone when I'm trying to get in contact with the manager of this post office. He didn't relay any important information to me besides wait another week. I had asked what happens if my keys don't get delivered that week, "sorry sir, you still need to wait" then made up this bogus excuse about how I can't get my keys because we all share keys at our office, but I've have asked around, but everyone has their own. This guy was acting like he was the manager or something (had an Indian accent and if I got his name, I would've put it in this review). And after, I had no idea what he was talking about because I couldn't literally understand him since he was speaking so fast and mumbling, he asked me if I spoke English? Get some real people who can actually work.

I do not recommend this USPS office. They are consistently understaffed, even at peak hours. I currently am in a line of 19 people and there is only one associate working on outgoing mail. The USPS office in Midtown is somewhat better than this one; the associates in Midtown are much more friendly. One of the women working on October 10, 2017 during this time curtly informed me that they do not take "unsigned credit cards" after I waited 35 minutes in the line.

I just moved into Eryn's Garden and we have a mail kiosk so I don't see a carrier ever unless there is a big box. My husband and I were awaiting a certified letter. I am a stay at home mom now so I know I've been here, but regardless, they could have left the delivery attempt. Instead, they returned it as if we denied it then after I made several calls looking for it!! A whole month they had this letter!! Incompetence, and ignorance and a nonchalant blow off is how they handle any matter. I am going to add that it took almost 3 weeks for us to get a key to our mail box kiosk as well. 3 weeks!?!?!! Did they have to mine orr for the metal and forge it themselves?! Horrendous

This is hands down the worst management/customer service I have ever seen in my life. Got there at noon during the lunch break rush and about four or five employees were working. With a line out the door, three of them packed up and left, leaving just one employee to handle everyone mailing parcels. Waited for forty five minutes while the manager walked around doing nothing. Seriously, it’s worth just driving somewhere else to do your mail, this place sucks. Get new management

This post office has the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. We were told 5 days for our new mailbox keys and it is now been two weeks and they still do not have them. No apology. No excuse other than "we are behind". The branch manager clearly could care less about us being new to the state of Florida with no access to our mail. Never been is such an unprofessional post office in my life!
