I would give ZERO stars if possible! I ordered two packages from Amazon on 12/25/17 and put my work address as the delivery address because I didn't want it sitting out at my apartment. The ETA was for that Friday (December 29.) Well our usual delivery driver knows that we do not open the office until 8:30 but tried to deliver it before we opened. Instead of leaving a note telling me my packages were at the post office, they just put that they were "undeliverable" due to insufficient address. I called Amazon, who then called USPS customer service and we requested that BOTH packages be left there and to not attempt another delivery, and they agree. Well I go up there Saturday because you can't call them because they NEVER answer the phone even despite putting in complaints to USPS customer service. When I got there Saturday, they only have one of my packages and act like I didn't know what I was talking about when I inquired about the other one. I had the tracking number and the only thing they could say was "oh. well your package is probably on the truck, and will be delivered today (Saturday.)" The package was never on the truck and was not delivered. I called USPS CS again on Tuesday (1-2-18) after the holiday and they stated that my package had been sitting at the facility since the 29th of December. I go up there and ask about my package only to be told it was not there and that I had requested that it be redelivered at an unknown date. I told them that I was just on the phone with USPS CS and they told me my package was in fact there. Once I mentioned that, I was pulled into the managers office and he looked it up, said that he would be right back and to go back to the counter. After about 10 minutes, he brought it to me finally. long story short; this facility is AWFUL and if you try to get a package delivered to your place of employment instead of your original home address, think again. If your business isn't open by 8am, they will NOT deliver it to you, and it will be returned back to the facility but they will not know where it is until you tell them you called CS.

the middle eastern skinny indian lady that work 24 hours here tried to hit me with a stapler because she had a bad day! she needs to be fired asap! look at all the bad reviews smh I will go to corp about it because it's on video and I think she stole a letter of mines that had a money order in it!! I'm going to see that she go to prison because that is a federal crime (allot of people on here are reporting missing packages like me I think there is a thief in the staff and I think it's her) this location does not even have a phone number! I'm going to the corp this week about this situation!!! I will update you guys.

Absolutely terrible. They took 4 days to send a package from their regional facility's to a ups building which is 20 minutes away from each other. They also said the package was Departed from the USPS Regional Destination Facility 3 TIMES ON 3 SEPERATE DAYS but somehow it came back to the regional office. I'd definitely give this place negative stars if I could.

Why even have a phone number listed if no one can call them?? Every time I have tried contacting this location I receive a message stating that "Their Mailbox is full" and it automatically hangs up. Do they still live in the stone age!!?

I was surprised how understaffed this location was at 5pm on a Wednesday. Nearly 40 people were in line waiting for the same and only staff member working at a service desk. Yes, only 1 out of the 5 available desks were occupied by a USPS employee. It's just very sad to see a location so poorly managed/funded/staffed to the point where such a bad reputation is built. The workers are nice and do what they can to help you as a customer, but bottom line, this location is not able to deliver the performance and service that it should.
