I have found the service here terrific and the staff very cordial even on the busiest days. 

I would suggest that the patrons could at times be as cordial and understanding as the staff. And maybe smile a little

I called for a lost package and whoever answers the phone calls in this post office is very rude and unprofessional. She has the worst customer service ever and need to be fired!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service by the supervisor here and I don't have high hopes for the postmaster from what I've read. Unprofessional and rude are too kind to describe the supervisor.

I mailed my husband a package and it was to get there in two days on 8/30/16 @10:30. I was told it would be delivered on 9/1/16 then told it would be there on 9/3/16 .  I was told by one of the supervisors she would make calls to get it sent to him, we'll today is the 7th of SEPT and he still has not received it and it has not been returned to me either. They keep passing the buck on this. this is one of the crappie us post office. They don't follow up on things, they don't return call, these supervisors need to be replaced. The nerve that they always want to hike prices up, for what, they don't deliver or track mail when problems occur.

Post office in Senior Land has no chairs long wait lines at times . Disabilities make it impossible to stand in cattle line. PLEASE ADD  CHAIRS OR BENCH.
Have requested this 3 times. What is the mentality behind making seniors stand when they physically are in pain. PLEASE PUT A CHAIR IN THIS POST OFFICE.
