Leonard, the postal clerk at this branch, is extremely rude to women who are not of color. He's dismissive and unkind. He handles packages poorly and rolls his eyes if asked for service. This employee put a damper on what was a very nice Nashville afternoon. Happy holidays is not in his vocabulary. Very disappointed with the daily service received from this individual.

There is a new person in charge who is awesome! Things have changed in the last year including employees. Please give them another try. If you have a problem, ask for Sherrill. She is always willing AND ABLE to help. If she doesn't know the answer, she knows someone who does. If you are regular customer, it's like Cheers where everybody knows your name. And keep in mind that this office is a completely different office than the Donelson office.

Worst service i have ever saw in USPS in United states,bullied on me never giving the information what we need at the end I rejected their sevice she thrown my credit card and driver licence on the ground with out hand our to me. That show her lack of interest in customer,hope they become better in service

Black hole for packages.. Whenever shipments are routed to this facility, 8/10 times the shipment will be delayed or get "lost" by an employee

The customer service here is very bad. I nicely asked a simple question and one of the guys was extremely rude to me, and when I politely asked him to stop he continued to be rude. As a customer service employee myself, I know the importance of helping customers and meeting their needs. A little kindness and politeness would greatly be appreciated!
