They closed for president day!! The next day they had 30 people in line!! Only 2 people work there!! Only thing I wanted is 60 cent stamp!! I had to stand in line for 30 minutes!!!

By far the worse post office I have been in and to ask for the supervisor who is ghetto by the way is asking for a miracle. When he came out he didn't even listen to my story. Came out screaming to be heard...can I say low self esteem. God forbid you need to go there. Best of luck

I was told by someone at the post office that they could not give me my mail from the post office with my ID when my key was lost. I know this not to be true. She had an attitude. I called her through the service door.

They lost 1 of my packages over the holidays and acted as if they didn't even care to try to find it. The two clerks at the counter were both rude and basically had a "deal with it" type of attitude. Terrible customer service.

Today, I checked to see if my package was delivered. Per the UPS & USPS tracking, it had been delivered. I checked my mailbox and around my door for my package and it was not there. The notes on the USPS site stated that it was inside of the mailbox locker. I checked all of the empty lockers and there was one key missing from one locker. It was not in my mailbox. So basically the mail man/woman put the key into the wrong mailbox. I am so exhausted with the OHB post office. I have been on hold awaiting to s/w someone regarding this matter for 53 minutes and 47 seconds. I will definitely complain. They are dealing with individuals mail and money. It is their job to double and triple check that they've given the correct parties their mail. This is the second time this has happened to me. I AM TIRED OF THEIR INSUBORDINATE CARELESS JOB DUTIES!!!!!!!!!!
