I arrived at 500 and they close at 530 and the Rep locked the door in my face and stated she was the only one working and she already has 3 of my people in line. We were all black and she was white. I hate Nashville white people. Pure fuckery

Well my experience last week was wonderful. A magnificent building and a charming lady behind the counter. Mind you what we posted got pretty mangled en route.

Tried to make an app to get a passport , she got an attitude bc I didn't have good service, I said please don't get an attitude (I had already apologized for bad service) she HUNG UPon me. I literally heard the click noise. It's ppl like her that make life difficult.

Well surprisingly my first visit to this location was great.  Girl behind the counter was professional, had a smile and a good attitude.  Keep it up.
