Whatever you do, do not even attempt to phone them anywhere near 5pm. They close at 5:30pm and will leave you on hold past that time so they don't have to take your call. It is incredibly inconvenient, but take the time to go down there in person so they have no choice but to assist you. They could definitely use a refresher course in customer service training.

The lady was rude at this location.  My chief complaint is w the Post Master who NEVER answers the phone and you can't even leave messages.    The other complaint is with the delivery staff.   When my normal post lady is gone the fill ins  walk right past my mailbox that clearly has the flag up.  They just ignore  and do not take my outgoing mail.   The other half are lazy. They don't show up until 7 and they drive house to house.   No wonder they are going broke.  The delivery folks can't even walk to each mailbox that are next to each other
