There is indeed a post office here. It is on the far north side of the building inside the Pharamacy. It is easily missed if you are in a hurry.   Great place, very little wait time. They do not take debit or credit.

There is NO POST OFFICE Here. Only a sign saying they have closed. Please remove it as a location.

In a hurry on way to Colorado. Didn't read comments until now. All we could see was a post box. There's no signs for the post office listed anywhere so unless you frequent these liquor or drug stores you wouldn't know it was there. Probably why it's so quiet as some mention.  I'm sure they are great to deal with. This will be very useful in future without having to go all the way into Cheyenne. Thanks Google. Wouldn't have found it without you.

There is a post office here.  It is inside the Town & Country Pharmacy located on the North end of the building.  Its a simple little post office.  Do beware that they do not accept debit/credit cards.

USPS is inside the pharmacy, at the back of the pharmacy.
They only accept cash, no debit or credit cards.
Don't be confused, it's not in the liquor store.
