They supposedly couldn’t deliver a package today because I wasn’t home.... I’ve been home for 3 days with the flu.. they never came to the door. Besides... it doesn’t even need to be signed for. My sister in law mailed birthday cards last Monday from Arizona... they still are t here either.

Not sure why this place has such a low overall rating. When I went in, everyone there was courteous, efficient, and very helpful.

I am sick of the USPS, always getting someone else s mail, they lose my mail (VA prescriptions) constantly, but this takes the cake. This was sent to me as it had an important certificate that I worked hard for. You think the moron could freaking READ "DO NOT BEND" they folded it 9see crease) and shoved it in the mailbox. Now that is Barack Obama mentality right there for our Government workers. Dont take care of anything, be responsible for nothing, and always, always blame the other guy. It gets worse though, I try calling the darned Cheyenne USPS and get a recording that the mailbox is not set up and they are not taking calls. What a job to sit in a guaranteed paycheck and pension that we pay for and do nothing to respect or serve the people you are actually meant to serve and respect.

This post office is trash, nothing is ever on time or even delivered sometimes. My street isn’t even a set route so my mail doesn’t even get here until after 5 in the afternoon. Bottom line, 0 stars on a good day.
