Absolutely the worst post office I have ever dealt with. Packages not delivered, open missing product, box left on top of mailbox instead of left at door. Stopped yesterday to complain about the carrier not knocking on our door for a certified letter and how packages are left etc..... come home today and today's package again on top of the mailbox at the street. Obviously they don't give a damn. Now going to have packages delivered to work instead because it's in a different city.

Absolutely terrible - the worst post office I've ever dealt with. Enough to make me happy that they're going bankrupt. We moved to Willoughby from Colorado. We shipped quite a few boxes. About 2/3 of them showed up, but the rest never appeared. I checked the tracking status and saw that they were delivered to the Willoughby Post Office. My wife and I went in several times and every time there was a miserable old lady who gave us the brush off. Fast forward to today when I finally printed out proof that they had been delivered and dealt with someone at the Post Office that wasn't the miserable old lady. Three packages were broken into and empty. Over $1000 worth of books - gone. Then I found out from the mail carrier that they called him about those packages last week, and they had been sitting by the boss's office for over a week. I'm filing a stolen mail complaint now. This post office is shady. I'm not sure what else I can do. I shipped with UPS - these guys were just a middle man and they robbed me.

This post office does not scan in any items with delivery confirmation. I sell on ebay and drop at this location. I never see any tracking information until the parcel makes its way to the Akron hub. This ican make shipping stressful, as buyers sometimes don't see tracking information for, sometimes, days.

if I could give half a star I would. As far as service goes I have never had such poor customer service. The staff is extremely lazy and just refers any issue questions or inquiries to their website. They do not answer questions or even bother to help in any way.

The worst, avoid this place if possible. Service stinks, unfriendly staff, and worst parking situation ever.
