I think this is appropriate at this point. As a new resident of Cleveland and an internet business owner, these postal carriers make it 100x harder to do business than it was in every other place I've ever lived. They are either dumb or lazy or both. Putting other peoples' mail in my box is lazy, putting my mail packages on the front stoop where they can be stolen is stupid, not picking up packages when I put in a pickup is lazy, not picking up single packages I put in my mailbox is stupid and lazy. Not delivering my mail and giving me a pink notice when it doesn't require a signature, COD, etc. is lazy. There is one counter-woman at the PO itself who is smart, fast, and seemingly friendly. When she's not there, it's crickets. One woman just stared at me at I put my prepaid packages on the counter and made no indication where they were best for her at the time. She started to push them out of the way (why don't you just process them while you're sitting on your duff?) My business is suffering as my mail is time-sensitive (customers whine when it's not shipped fast). Not conducive to business; Cleveland will lose a new resident because of it, possibly.

I had a package go to the wrong post office for delivery which would have delayed delivery. I contacted USPS to find out what was going on with my package to make sure it wasn't lost. The supervisor was very friendly and updated me on the situation letting me know it should be delivered the next day. Soon after, I got updates that they had received my package and sent it out for delivery the same day. They were able to retrieve my package and get it delivered without delay despite it originally being sent to the wrong post office for delivery.

Delivers a package to the neighbors house next door at 9 a.m doesn't bring nobody else's mail its 3pm now then 2 family house 2 mail boxes never put my mail in my mail box always in the downstairs neighbor thats why half my mail comes up missing

Rude....mindless, faceless clerks. Slow ss syrup...You guys really need to up your game. I am soooo tired of packages being lost or mihandled by this branch. You can consistently use my mailbox as a wasteful dumping spot of materials I do not need...nor ask for...but cannot get a package to me that I actually DO NEED! Your grotesque inefficiency and dysfunction, which you seem to think is normal, has cost me a lot of time, money, and emotion!
