Pamela is the sweetest. Line wait time can be a lot depending on the day, but the staff are all friendly and efficient. The store is always very clean.
New self service 24/7 kiosk down for over a week with same message every day. What a botched and failed attempt at rolling out the new " improved and more convenient " kiosks. Major disruption in my workflow and loss of revenue to USPS because I am now required to ship with UPS or FED EX outside normal business hours daily. Bad job on your new kiosk installs USPS. You got it wrong. And just in time for the holiday season. Good luck with the oncoming fiasco that awaits...
The staff at this post office is very unprofessional. They don't even provide a tracking number for Priority Mail.
i don’t trust them, many of my packages come up missing, lately they have been opening my mail before delivery, here is a pack of clothes my friend sent me that was sliced open thru multiple layers by the driver to inspect what was inside and determine if worth stealing or not!! i have also had sensitive envelopes opened they are targeting personal information
Awful service, zero explanation how to send a package or letter. Communication with customers is awful as well
As far as Post Offices are concerned, this is the best one I have encountered. I ship several letters and small packages daily, and I have not had a problem with this post office. I have had problems down the line, but things are always scanned in and on their way the same day. The staff there are generally polite to me and helpful if I have a question or concern. It is a busy post office so if you need help, there will be a wait.
A package I had ordered was being delivered late. So, I asked the post office to forward it to my new address. I needed this package ASAP. They assured me this would be no problem, and they left a note for the driver. The package was not forwarded it, and I had to have a friend pick up the package and take it to the post office and send it to me. Since I needed it ASAP, it cost $50 to ship overnight. The lady working at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude and they would take no responsibility. Horrible practices by this post office. They need to re-learn customer service ASAP.
This is an edit to my 5 star review included from 3 years ago: Whoever is there now gave me five different stories that do not make sense, lost 3 checks that were never returned to Zazzle, and I have had a 6 month battle with the them which will result in reporting them to the authorities for lost checks, misappropriation of mail, and more - punishable by fines and prison. This was my review from 3 years ago, and I wish the people were still there: The Hudson Postmaster, Postal Employees, and all have helped me tremendously in 7 years of me trying to deal with repeated tragedies between here and 12 hours away. Thank you so much!
So when I'm watching the tracking for a package, and it says it was delivered in my mail box, but there's no package there. The quality of the post office is becoming a joke. Amazon has done great, ups and fedex too. This is the second time the post office delivered one of my packages to the wrong address.
Came in looking for package that contained hardware we needed to get to contractor today before noon. Candace listened to my story then went out back and found the package first thing this morning. Her and Pamela are real professionals who deal with a lot of different personalities every day all day. I for one appreciate the extra effort and thank Candace for starting our day off right!
