Very disappointed. Our store is closed on Saturday. I was at a meeting out of town but an order I had placed of items I needed to complete a job for a customer was coming in today so my husband stayed at the store ALL DAY waiting for delivery, even though he had other things he needed to do at home! After all, tracking information indicated it would be delivered today. He even put a note on our mailbox so they would know he was there so they could drive up to the door and deliver it. Did they do that? NO. However, I received a notice from the supplier that the USPS ATTEMPTED DELIVERY but was unable to deliver BECAUSE THE BUSINESS WAS CLOSED. To say I am disappointed is not accurate. I will be discussing this with the postmaster next week.

3 amazon boxes were scanned by the Madison post office at 6 am last Sunday. Then at 9:12 am they were scanned “ delivered at front door or porch”. They were never delivered- we were home all day. Amazon said that the mail carrier will scan the boxes when loaded in the delivery truck but may be delivered the next day. That way amazon can say it was delivered in two days ( prime) but it’s not. They never showed up. I hope what ever mail carrier took those boxes enjoyed my family’s Christmas presents . .

Employee was very helpful. My credit/debit card has a chip and it would not allow me to run it as a debit to buy money orders. I have had this same problem at other places also. Thankfully the employee knew the fee could be ran and the money order amour paid in cash. I had enough cash to do it this way and a dime left over. After two days I was able to do the business I needed to do thanks to the employee's knowledge.

This is the WORST post office ever. I have been illegally denied my mail for several days. My mail was stopped after the post man delivering the mail was told the residence was vacant which was a complete lie. A very important package sent to me was sent back overseas because of this. The manager at the post office on 3 more occasions denied me my rightful mail after going to the post office. He could not provide me any names or for that matter could not tell me the policies or procedures that were followed that lead to them unilaterally stopping my mail. This post office needs to be investigated. Look at the past reviews

They left a Certified Letter notice in our mailbox and when we went to pick-up the letter, they could NOT find it. So, we returned home and left the signed notice in the mailbox to be picked up by the carrier. The letter was not delivered the next business day so, the following morning we went to the service door a little earlier than normal business to collect the letter and they would not help us or even allow us to speak to the Post Master. Something needs to be done about the attitude of some of these employees. Their pay needs to reflect their attitude and the way they treat customers.
