They left a Certified Letter notice in our mailbox and when we went to pick-up the letter, they could NOT find it. So, we returned home and left the signed notice in the mailbox to be picked up by the carrier. The letter was not delivered the next business day so, the following morning we went to the service door a little earlier than normal business to collect the letter and they would not help us or even allow us to speak to the Post Master. Something needs to be done about the attitude of some of these employees. Their pay needs to reflect their attitude and the way they treat customers.

It would seem like a simple process. I get mail , THEY bring it to me. I send mail,THEY take it from me. But what I'm finding here is a FAILURE to communicate. I do not like doing a HUNT & SEARCH every month... I really don't! Then you dare add insult to injury with an ATTITUDE !! Like you're doing me some great favor. Nope, because I'm back at this frantic game in 30 days checking for bank statements, water bills, school reports, insurance notice.....always something.... RETURNED 😠 You got 2 stars ONLY because of the kindness of Marshall . #UnhappyInMadison

Everytime of call the location, the person answering the phone is never in a good mood. I have noticed that men who answer the phone sound and are more helpful and grouchy old ladies that answer it. It's disappointing. This is why I take my shipping needs to UPS or FedEx. The mailman and mail women who drive and delivery for other shipping companis are more friendly so.

Carrier, lazy as hell and didn't deliver my package and sent it back the same day package came, becuase he was lazy, and the office staff was non chalant and basically didn't give a dam that l paid for an item and it was sent back without contacting me at all. Lazy, need to be fired or reprimanded. Horrible experience.
