As far as post offices go, this one is TERRIBLE. They told me package is going to be delivered that day and, of course, it's not. Try to call for days and they NEVER answered the phone. I went to the location to try to fix issue and still no resolution. I only got some help when I caught the delivery woman who called in and got us some help. Went back to the post office, had the name of the person who told us to come and pick it up, and basically had to say I'm not leaving without my package in order to get it. I don't think I've ever given anything 1 star before. That star is for the delivery woman who offered her assistance to us.

They deserve no stars at all. Their consumer service is awful especially from a worker named Angela. She is unfriendly and snaps at you before you can even get your questions out.

I have two packages lost.. website says delivered while I didn't receive anything !!! I contact them and nothing happened.. so sad cause those packages are so important to me

The level of incompetence is astounding.

Does not update customers on prices going up concerning lengths of packages. Outrageous price increase! No way in heck ill use them for big items again. And none of them know at what length the unrealistic price increase starts. Not even managers
