a package i was sending got lost mid transit at this post office and was stck there. i tried to call several times to ask about it but i guess the phone was off the hook because every time it went straight to inifinite beeping. $358 item lost. thanks a lot

Mail carriers dont understand how important it is for mail to get to a home....they deliver packages and dont read addresses correctly and they accidently put packages in wrong mailboxes then hit delivered for the tracking number but it was really never delivered....i pay my money for an item to be shipped and delivered and i cant guarantee that it will make it to my home safely....and whoever has my package was not nice enough to give to the correct address😡😡😡....and i cant even talk to a manager to complain over the phone because they never answer the phone....they play with people mail i had a package one time was suppose to be delivered on a certain day... status said delievered on the tracking but since it was a holiday the next day they just decided to hit delivered and actually deliver it 2 days later and im thinking it was placed in the wrong mailbox or lost...its really not right

Last year 2015 the post office delivery commented they delivered my package and it was not delivered.  This year the post person commented person was not home.  That was not true.  I stayed home instead of running  errands and one was going to the post office to pick up Large Flat rate box because  I ordered on line to be delivered and never received it.  From what I heard from USPS on the news they are not making money, then they need to find out why delivered packages are not being delivered where it is indicated.  People are turning to FedEx and UPS because they are accountable.  Smartphone is the hardest mail to track when it transfers from FedEx or UPS because no USPS number has been given to track through the post office. So disappointing and I lived in other states and never had this problem.

By far employs the sketchiest kind of people you will find in this town. I recently sent an Express Mail to the Wyoming Secretary of State (expensive business documents) that got lost because of traditional USPS incompetence. Therefore, I got in the line to speak with an employee who was more interested in telling me that he was "just a guy behind a counter", even though he introduced himself as a supervisor last year (and also told me that he owned the entire go**amn Rantoul or something). Anyway, he just gave me a run around so that I couldn't claim my money back, and he succeeded. That dweeb also went on to imply that USPS doesn't deliver mails to businesses, and that businesses actually stop by to collect their mails :D At that point, I realized I was dealing with someone who had a grand total of only one neuron--and that I had now seen everything there was to be seen on this planet. Therefore, I left with this expression on my face ---> °_°
