I live in an apartment complex I have ordered many items through amazon and this has been the first issue I have had thus far. Now I had a package that I ordered on amazon, this was a small enough package that it could have easily been placed in my mail box and according to the tracking # it was delivered on January 15th 2018 at 1:48 in the afternoon. Now because this is a nationally recognized holiday they deliver only amazon packages, but they can't put them in a mail-boxes. This is the way that it was explained to me and that this is current USPS policy. Which makes no since !!! One thing lead to another and either someone stole my package or it wasn't actually delivered to my door. When speaking with USPS customer service individual it was disclosed that the carrier that day had to deliver nearly 100 amazon packages. When I asked if it's possible if they could have made a mistake of course they denied any wrong doing. Now it's quite possible that they did nothing wrong. The odd part of this story is that I was home all day in honor of the holiday and because it was freezing cold out I refused to leave my apartment. Not once did I hear a knock!! Even though it was allegedly delivered and scanned at my door at 1:48. Maybe i'm overreacting a little, i'm just upset that this could have been avoided because they are the USPS and they have access to my mailbox and that's where it should have been delivered. Unfortunately I'm going to have to eat the cost of this product which is a major bummer.

USPS is awful. After i missed my package on the 8th of December there was a “sorry we missed you” in my mailbox. Doesnt help that she didnt ring my doorbell. So it says i can go pick it up at the post office on the 9th of December after 9 AM. So i get there at around 10:15 and finally get help around 10:25. I gave him my slip for my package and hes goes in the back to get it. It takes him 20 minutes to come back to tell me that they have it on a truck again for delivery. I have work the second delivery day so i wont be able to sign off on it again... Absolute idiots, use UPS or FedEx.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered Monday (according to tracking) and made it here 2 days later. I called and spoke with a woman named Dawn, who tracked my package and allowed me to come pick it up directly from the facility. I really appreciate her taking the time to find it and call me back. Thank you, Dawn!

I have tried both the delano office and the South main branch by airport. Called Delano and got someone after 4th try. They said they would call me back regarding lost package. Of course no call back 20 minutes before they close I called and called and no answer. Called the main office by aiport at least 20 times and no one will answer the phone.
