I always go to this post office there always busy when I get there and when I leave. The best part is no matter how busy they are they move there customers through there pretty quick. Great customer service and very friendly employees. My mail lady where I live downtown is the best I  live in the 600 block of N Topeka St and she has been very friendly day after day great worker and person all around thank you for all your hard work

I forgot to tape part of my package before I left my house and when I went to the post office to send my package I asked for two small pieces of tape to secure a package I was sending. I was told I would have to buy a whole roll of tape. They said they can’t provide tape to seal my package. I understand they don’t want to package boxes for people but I just needed two small pieces of tape! the package was already packaged! UPS and FedEx are willing to tape for free. That’s where I’ll be taking my business from now on.

BIG problem with usps. Went to get an issue resolved and this office says they can't help me I have to go to the location where it was purchased and sent! They don't even want to give me the address of the post office in Michigan that claims to be holding the package so we can TRY to get it.
The information they are giving me is inconsistent with the info on the website and from the other post office. Don't know if the problem is this office, USPS in general, or all of the above.

I go in frequently and staff is ALWAYS friendly. They are efficient and fast pace. I think the longest I've ever had to wait was 5 mins.  I appreciate all the hard work they do! Keep up the great service.

They suck at not picking up the phones when people call them especially my husband calling them so he can check on his package. I guess they don't care about customers calling in. It's so unprofessional to the max.
