I waited all day long at my place of business on September 17, 2017  for a package I ordered on 9/14/17 through my Amazon Prime membership and the driver never came and at 1:32 pm I receive a notification while I had been waiting for 2 hours at the business to find out the driver wrote down my business as closed. I have not worked a Sunday in 7 years and I had to that day so for the driver to not even attempt to deliver(or leave a paper with an attempt to deliver message or anything) because he/she possibly wanted the day off disgusts me!!!!  GET IT TOGETHER

Provides post office boxes, outside drive thru mailbox and is open inside for assistance with customer needs during regular business hours. Be prepared to wait in line and have packages prepared and ready to go.

Hardly ever answers the phones, has lost packages, doesn't really try to resolve issues. Doesn't update tracking info the way they should. Example i paid Amazon to have my package here today and the post office tracking doesn't even say it's out for delivery, no updates at all on my package today. Tried calling and no answer

Employees are friendly and helpful. Service can be slow at times so be prepared for a short wait.

They are suppose to deliver all my mail. They don't do that well at all. One job and they don't do it. I don't understand why they refuse to answer the phone. They need to get there at together big time.
