I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered mailbox keys on Monday, was told they would be there on Thursday after 3 to call, I called and was told they were in, drove across town and got told oh they arent here youll just have to wait til Monday!! And when the lady helping me asked Cindy she said oh well they arent here youll just have to wait and rolled her eyes!! This is BAD for customer service!! Will NOT use them afte I pick up my keys!!!

Customer service is horrible and they are lazy. Was waiting on important mail that should have been received several days ago  and they wouldn't even go see if mail had been left there and not sent out. I know they can go check to see if something was left behind we had to go there before because of this.

Won't be using this particular P.O. anymore in the future. I dropped off a Priority flat rate box that had already got a paid postage label taped on it. (Paid postage online, printed it out, pasted it onto the package prior to leaving the house). It has been 2 days now. Online tracking still says that the facility has created a shipping label, USPS AWAITING ITEM. What?? I used the River City one on S. Hydraulic TWICE to send exactly same boxes and have had NO PROBLEM. THIS P.O. SUCKS. They better have not misplaced my package.

I've ordered packages on many different occasions and have only received one on time if at all I've also found packages piled up at one door for four different addresses. Post lady also has written rude notes on my packages I have received. Still waiting for three boxes I paid two day shipping for...
