5-Star review seems hard to believe but let be real. Yes the lines are long and we may have to wait. However this is nothing new. Come prepared! Otherwise the staff is extremely helpful and consistent and squared away everything you need. UPDATE: 1/10/2018 USPS driver driving with no brake lights or turn signals at night in the rain... Saw half a dozen people nearly slam into the truck. Really USPS driver 0209810...?

I have lost 3 packages and most importantly not received any help with my multiple inquiries about them. They absolutely have no handle on their operations and it is getting worse every year. I am not sure if they are aware/care that by misplacing and losing people's mails and packages, they are putting people's identity in danger of fraud related issues.

This was the worst post office experience I have ever had. First off, the post office lost my package, I get it, it happens. But the way that I was treated was absolutely horrible. There was an Asian man who helped me, could barely speak any English, and when I asked him to repeat what he had said because I couldn’t understand him he rolled his eyes and walked away. He would not help me find my lost package and just kept telling me to come back tomorrow. When I asked for his name as a reference because he couldn’t figure out where my package was he said I didn’t need his name and walked away. Then when I asked to talk to a manager he said I couldn’t see a manager because it want to help me. Horrible.

First of all, i don't even think my local post office is in the business of servicing customers. Seen several post office and have to say this Highlands Ranch, Colorado post office in University blvd is the worst. They treat customer with no respect and they have no service in mind. The mail delivery person from this location is the laziest person. She makes no effort to do her job. She took the mail in my mail box because the parcel wouldn't fit in the mail box. She says the parcel locker was full with other customers stuff, so she could't use the parcel locker. And she is not obligated to bring the parcel to front door. Not sure how its fair, because the parcel locker is full with other customer stuff and the mail lady does not want to bring the parcel to my front door, I have to make a trip to post office to collect the parcel. Then what's the use to order online? You can make a trip to the store rather than making a trip to the post office. I talked to the retailer and they agreed and refunded me for the parcel. She refused to deliver mail for 10 days until i went to postoffice and get the parcel. Tried talking to her to reason with her but she wouldn’t care, complained to her supervisor and several customer care reps with requesting the mail delivered as it was not my fault the parcel wouldn't fit in the mail box and she has no rights to refuse service. I told them to send the package back as the retailer resolved my issue and all i need is the regular mail delivered. But no one is willing to make it right, all they want to do is pass it on to the next person. The supervisor was telling me that he doesn't report to anyone and doesn't really care or want to correct the mail delivery person behavior or service even though he admitted it is her fault. I have seen this mail lady go along her truck with another lady following her in the car and always chit chatting with that lady while she put the mails in the box. Also, she smell like cigarette and never seen her wearing her uniform or name badge. I have been in several cities in united states but this city postal service is the worst.

I'd give them 50 negative stars if i could! Worst ever!!This has got to be the WORST post office!! Not only does it take 3 hours to get a worker to actually WORK. But you're lucky if they haven't lost your held mail! It has take 4 months for mail to get forwarded to us. They lost 2 weeks worth of mail and then claimed it was our fault. After canceling a forward and just asking them to HOLD the mail, that never happened. The worker never put it in the system!! Then after talking to the 'Manager' Holly who said she would call us back that evening after she found out what happened to our mail, she NEVER called back! After 47 calls to the post office over 4 days we finally drove back there to speak to Holly about why she didn't call or why they don't answer the phones....her response "we're busy". No...you and your workers are lazy! I've never dealt with such a horrible post office with such slow and lazy workers! I'd start at the top and fire Holly and bring in a manager that will actually make this place work! HORRIBLE Customer Service!!
