Without going into the long details of how this post office has made my life super inconvenient for the last month, including mistakenly changing the lock to my mail box prematurely so I have to drive 3 miles to check my mail that is on hold (only option given considering its 6 weeks to get a new lock and I move in 3 weeks!) When I initially came in to report the issue, supervisor Claudia, was impressively rude and passive aggressive. She has a smart mouth and I'm amazed she has been able to maintain her position for years! Shows how low they set the bar for their employees.

They lost my books which I ordered online.The tracking says delivered but no books.The company shipped again I got it in a week later.Somehow I saw the books in the mailbox after two and a half months later. This experience occurred one more time amd this time they lost my import documents. They don’t have responsibility because I should have pay extra $50 something for insurance. They also don’t have an idea more than what the tracking number says.I never want to see this office staff face and voices again. When they see you they think “Here comes trouble. “ as if they don’t have any fault on losts or other problems. At least someone have to audit why these offices have 1.6 reviews.

As I type this I am making my 10th call attempt to this office. I am expecting something very important in the mail and am trying to reach this office to make sure the mail has been sorted for the day so I can go in and pick it up. The mail carrier never delivers my mail before 6 or 7 pm (sometimes even later) and I don't have time today to wait for it. Now on the 11th call attempt.....are you kidding me?! ANSWER THE PHONE!

I’ve had the extreme unfortunate experience after experience of this post office losing packages sent to me(yet they say delivered), and packages went out (same issue), and have WITNESSED the mailman smoking in the mail truck AND DRIVING DRUNK. I assume the entire staff there is held to the same low standards that are quite frankly, very dangerous and this place should by all accounts be shut down after hearing the other people’s experience and reading the careless responses that I know all too well of this place.

It is exactly 8:10am and there is already a line of over 15 people. The ONE employee present has only assisted ONE customer. WHERE ARE THE PEOPLE EMPLOYED HERE?? They must still be in line at Starbucks getting their morning cup.
