apparently the postal carrier that we had has been replaced by someone who seems to be in competent so we are not getting our mail like we used to. so after months of frustration my husband went to this location in order to get a P.O. Box. the young lady that attended to him was disrespectful, rude and dismissive with a very judgmental attitude. people need to check their attitudes at the front door when coming to work with the general public. if this is the type of treatment that is tolerated by the postal service then we are all in dire straights. so please expect no standards of professionalism from this branch, they are incapable and overly incompetent.

This is the worst post office I have ever encountered. They never answer their direct line and when you do finnally get thru they do not help at all. I called this morning to see where my mail was because my entire apartment complex didn’t receive their mail. The carrier said there wasn’t any mail at the office for me so it must be in route. I explained I was waiting for packages and that I had outgoing mail that need to be picked up yesterday and did not get picked up. I saw the delivery guy deliver to the apartments next door and drove on by ours. The guy in the phone said if there was dogs outside they don’t deliver. So UPS and FEDEX and DHL all deliver if there are dogs because it’s their job. Never has a problem with any of my neighbors dogs affecting getting my packages delivered on time except when it comes thru usps. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with my mail as I’ve lived here from r 3 years and every time I have problems this rude office has some way of making it not their problem!!! The green mountain post office staff are so polite and courteous to me and even they have told me they have taken complaints from edgewater. Wish edge water could revive better customer service training and be more like the green mountain office on alameda and Kipling at the fed center!!!

Hands down the worst customer service. I paid for express delivery with a guaranteed delivery date. The package was not delivered and they would not uphold the guaranty and issue a refund. The people at this location are rude, inconsiderate and lazy.

The post office now closes their lobby when they are not open. I have to leave for work at 5:30AM and would like to be able to pick up my Post Office box mail on the way to work, yet now I'm forced to go out of my way after work to pick up my mail and deal with the potential of being backed into in their tiny parking lot. Again.

I have a p.o. box ,my mail seems to take them a long time to put mail in the p.o.box ,always getting my mail 4 to five days after the date that's stamped on my mail ,I should be getting my checks on Friday's and don't seem to get them till mondays, very disappointed in services to my box. They never answer the phone ,I can here them pick up the phone and hang it up right after, horrible service.
