I don't even know where to start. Whomever used to be our mail carrier was awesome. Evidently there is a new carrier and I swear he must just hate me (been ordering a lot lately). I'll give an example: According to tracking I have 5 packages out for delivery, when I get home, 4 are delivered, 3 of which are smashed into my little mailbox while the large drop box is used for one small package. Tracking says "notice left" but no notice was actually left, and clearly there was plenty of room in the drop box that contained my one little package. Seriously man??!!! If it were once or twice I could overlook...but this has happened FIVE TIMES! This is nuts. I have friends who work for the post office, I know how busy it gets and it is often a thankless job. I'm in debt collection, I don't hear "thank you" often if ever, but I still do my job correctly. I cannot imagine what is possessing this carrier to be so lackadaisical with his job but dear god dude, get it sorted out!!!!!!!

One star, only because I have to. This post office accepts the absolutely worst service as "ok".  As others have written, the postal carrier will not bring packages down my gravel road, and the postmaster is OK with this.  My road is within the distance that they are supposed to go, but it is gravel, and the carrier doesn't want to "hurt his car".  OK so the boxes at the end of the road... 2 large ones, one with a semi-broken lock, which everyone at the PO knows about, and which needs to be finagled to actually lock. Most of the time, he doesn't bother - he just throws stuff in there (I have pictures).  As another poster said, he will JAM stuff in my personal small box - he has damaged a whole bunch of things that way (I have pictures).  Again, as other reviewers have said, we get unable to deliver notices, all the time, even though someone is home almost all the time. 

The other day, I was at the PO to pick up my "undeliverable" item, and I saw our mail carrier loading up his car with boxes, that he was THROWING  around on the ground (I have video).  So why do I have all these photos and videos and still have the problems? Because the postmaster does not care, and is just as disrespectful as the mail carrier.  The others behind the counter just roll their eyes and say that they have been trying to get the guy (carrier) to retire, but he won't go.  So we are stuck with him.  

I order a lot online, between work and personal stuff, so it really stinks to have this horrible service.  We have contacted the Postal Service itself, but have never gotten a reply.

I continuously have a problem with delivery... they refuse to drive down my driveway out of pure laziness, so instead I find a "Sorry We Missed You!" notice in my mailbox. My husband and I both work from home, there is ALWAYS someone available. Now I have to drive a 40 minute round trip to pick up my mail they refuse to deliver. After reading other reviews, this is obviously a very known issue. Absolutely unacceptable... somebody needs to fix this!!!!!

I work from home and almost never leave my house... I constantly receive "Sorry we missed you" slips and despite the fact that I go online and reschedule delivery They never do. Neighbors tell me they don't like to have to drive down driveways. Its a 40 min 30 mile trip there and back. If they hate their job that much they should find another

Nothing is ever delivered on time! When you call they say its out for delivery but isnt delivered for 2 days later! Moved here a year ago and have had nothing but issues since. Our mail is always late!
