Delivery services and personnel are completely worthless in every way possible. Two packages of mine have been marked as delivered and there is nothing in my box. Staff doesn't answer phones either. 0/0.

I would give it Zero stars if I could.  Most recently, they have lost one of my packages that I have ordered from Amazon.  I called them and they told me that the man who delivered "could not remember what he did with it".  In the past, our mail carrier, if we have a packaged shipped through their service, he will place the package in the drive way against the truck and place all of the mail on the ground underneath of it instead of in the mail box.  If it rains, everything gets soaked.

Good luck on trying to call them. Tried for an hour straight and no one seems to be smart enough to answer.

Our mail carrier is always friendly and conscientious...never an issue with lost mail in the four years we've been here. 😊
