Elvin my postman is awesome! BUT Please put someone who likes people in Customer Service. I even called once and a man was so rude to me that i had to request someone else. Lady helped with no problem. Plenty people need a job. Put  them in the back where they can huff and puff at each other. Try Screen and interview  people that deal with our mail and public. Management do something!

A package was sent with missing piece of information on it so I had to pick it up. They were quick and nice.

Called and spoke with a gentleman named Derek and he was absolutely wonderful in assisting me.  My package was at West Columbia and then mis-routed to Maryland instead of my home in Lexington (don't know why?) I was the first caller at 9:00am when they opened and he was very polite and helpful.  We got the issues resolved and my package will be here today (24 hours since I called).  Kudos to Derek - you are awesome!

Zero stares; I've complained countless times about not receiving my mail!!  I get everybody else's . Someone else gets my mail and returns it back to the senders. I've been in the same place for over a year and NOT ONE piece of my mail has been in my mail box. I have to go door to door asking if anyone received things in my name when I know I'm expecting things to come. Down right freaking ridiculous!!!!!
