The post office needs to be investigated.  Not only are they mishandlinding post packages they are guilty of poor customer service.  I believe they are purposely doing so because they feel they are protected by immunity well theft is theft.  I am trying to figure how my tracking number displays delivery in progress then no item delivered and then message that item is available for pick up.  What is this?? Why is your office trying to force me to visit your location so I can be looked at your cameras and have conversations I dont need nor want to have.  No one answers the phone like they want me to leave messages well ummm no.

It is unacceptable that you close door to public at 5pm. A public postal service should be opened at least until 5.30, so people that work during the day have some minutes to go. Considering this is the main postal office, is is annoying and not of a developed country to offer such a poor  service to the public.

Excellent staff.  Very efficient and works as quickly as possible.  Only complaint is parking.  It seems employees  are parking in the customer parks.  Service and hours have been cut at outlying branches and this post office has seen a tremendous increase in traffic.  Passport services are at a very high level.  IT IS HARD TO FIND A PARKING SPACE.  I am a daily user of this post office branch and know first hand.

I've always had a good experience and helpful service. My only recommendation is to post the hours of operation for both the post office and the passport services. It doesn't show any different online. I arrived thinking I had 45 minutes until close to find out the passport area closed an hour earlier.

Twice I have gone on vacation and had my mail put on hold, and entered a date to be delivered to me when I got back. The first time, I had to go down to the post office to get it as they ignored the request to deliver. This second time, it was supposed to be delivered today but it was not. When I called the Post Office and entered all their various #s to try to get to someone to talk with, I was told all representatives are busy. BUT they could call me back if I left my phone #. After doing so, I was told it would be between 38 minutes and 57 minutes before I am called back........that is a very large range of time; surely, they could be more exact!  We will see if I get a call back. I have a feeling that I will be driving down there tomorrow!
