Elvin my postman is awesome! BUT Please put someone who likes people in Customer Service. I even called once and a man was so rude to me that i had to request someone else. Lady helped with no problem. Plenty people need a job. Put them in the back where they can huff and puff at each other. Try Screen and interview people that deal with our mail and public. Management do something!

I went on a Friday afternoon between 4:00 and 5:00 to pick up a registered letter that was being held. The parking lot was nearly empty. There were three staff members working the counter and no line. The man who helped me had a heavy accent, so he was a bit hard to understand, but all of us were once immigrants so I don't see that as an issue. I had my letter and on my way within 3-5 min.

Was extremely nice to me on phone when explaining to me mail was just running a little late. Wish I would have gotten the ladies name. ( 12:24- 9/21/17)

Called and spoke with a gentleman named Derek and he was absolutely wonderful in assisting me. My package was at West Columbia and then mis-routed to Maryland instead of my home in Lexington (don't know why?) I was the first caller at 9:00am when they opened and he was very polite and helpful. We got the issues resolved and my package will be here today (24 hours since I called). Kudos to Derek - you are awesome!
