Never can visit without receiving attitude for a simple question.. either they are miserable with their jobs or miserable with their lives. Or they just gossip about each other. Can't stand going in here and half the time my package will be in the office and will take days to get delivered

We could not disagree more with the negative reviews. We go to this PO every day for our business and we find the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Yes they are part-timers, but that's likely because the USPS is  looking to cut corners and save $. Try treating them with the courtesy and respect they deserve and you may get the same back in return. The worst part of the post office is the Town of Malverne parking enforcement. The parking is limited and you will get a ticket if you overstay the meter. You can count on it.

This post office is not unlike other ones in the area. The employees act like they are doing you a favor by being at their job. They don't smile. They don't speak clearly, and they never listen to your request. Any and question is met with confusion, disgust, or annoyance. Every time I need visit the Malverne post office, I dread the experience.

Lady's sit there and put in no work when trying to identify where my expensive package was. Terrible service. Wouldn't recommend.
