If you manage to find a phone number for Business Mail, the staff are extremely helpful.

packages in a row delivered late because they hit Scarborough and stayed there for a day or more. Half of my packages that go through there end up with an updated delivery date because they get delayed. Literally 10 miles away from me and it takes them a day and a half to 3 days to get packages to my post office.
