My son needed a new passport. I used this place because it did not need an appointment and could take the photo for the passport too. However, I just received a letter saying that the photo needed to be redone without glasses. I (incorrectly) assumed that they would know what they were doing. Off to CVS or someplace for a replacement photo done correctly.

By far the worst I have ever dealt with. If a credit or debit card is being mailed to us, it’s ALWAYS half opened. We are lucky if we even get mail sometimes. Our mailman is super sweet but they need more people delivering to our area. It’s crazy they have one man doing 3 different neighborhoods and 3/4’s of the neighborhood is walking to put mail in the mailboxes

I was dropping off a couple packages the other day and accidentally left my notebook with some important papers inside. I hadn't realized i left it until the next day when it showed up in my mailbox. They took the time to find my address and package my item for me. Also, the lines at this post office move fairly quick and the staff is always pointing me in the right direction on shipping my packages in the most cost efficient way.

My adult daughter was rudely treated by a USPS employee while patiently waiting for a package that I, her kiddos' NY grandma, had mailed them "2-day priority" a week before!! Praying please to get some customer relations training! We now plan to switch to UPS!!

Poor service, poor attitude. Was told by worker on route, location will not answer the phone. Customers must come to the location.
