This post office is terrible at doing the most basic things. Today I was supposed to receive a package that I had been waiting a week for.  The package had been in USPS possession since the morning of January 2. There had been some snow on January 4, so the mail had been delayed for a few days. This was understandable. Yesterday (January 7) was the first day mailing resumed since it had snowed. I still did not get my package, however other mail arrived. I checked using the tracking number online which said the package definitely be at my house the next day (today January 8). When I checked the mail today, no mail was in the box at all. I checked online with the tracking number again, which told me that the mail-person could not access the mailbox EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD DELIVERED MAIL THE PREVIOUS DAY. If anything there was even less snow, because the temperature finally rose above freezing on January 8. The mail-person deliberately chose not to deliver the mail. There is absolutely no excuse.
This is not even the first time something like this has happened. Multiple times in the past my mail-person has simply forgotten to put a package into the mailbox. Knowing this could happen again, I attempted calling the post office everyday for 4 days in advance. Every single time I called, no one answered and the line beeped dead. This type of service is insane. After being on hold with USPS customer service for more than an hour, I submitted a formal complaint and requested to pick up the package myself tomorrow morning.  Wow.

My friend and I went to the passport office and the process could not have been made any easier by Jackie. She was so nice and funny. Got everything done and was in and out  in about 45 minutes. A real breath of fresh air when you get amazing customer service!!!

This is the worst post office i've  ever had to deal with. The reps are rude and you can never get through on the phone. Every time I call the line is busy. I went to get my mail keys made and instead of giving me a day to pick them up, which is what they normally do the rep said keep checking back to see when they're ready. I hope to never have to deal with this place again.

Unreliable, phone always busy.  Every time I've tried.  Either it's an antique and they have a lot of complaints or they don't want to take calls.  Neither would surprise me.
