TWICE the postal worker has refused to deliver my package and it has been returned back to Los Angeles. This was an Express Package that was to be delivered next day on December 19th. I have paid $22 for the package to be picked up, another $24 to ship the express mail and it has gone coast to coast twice and still not delivered. Some major common sense training is required here. Dear postal worker delivering packages, please don't try to be hero, just scan the package so you can see it was paid for according to requirements. I have called the USPS Consumer Affairs department multiple times, each time being placed on hold for an hour until I get through, only to be told they will call the VA Beach Post office to ensure it gets delivered and they promise me they will e-mail me and call me and they don't. As you can see I am clearly pissed at this point.

Never answers phone. Always has busy signal. Terrible customer service. I hate to say it but it's true, this place sucks. How do they continue to get away with such terrible business practices, I mean seriously, look at their ratings. Do supervisors care to see improvement? Worst part is there is not another option most the time.

Ordered a jacket off of Amazon for my daughter due in September. It said it was delivered, but I was home all day and never recieved a thing. I called the USPS help number, they said it was delivered to my mailbox- after several transfers and repeating myself several times, I finally heard it never left the post office. I called 10x, busy signal each time. I just want my package, is that too much to ask from a postal service?

Wasn't getting my mail, and had a delivery from Amazon that showed by the tracking number that it was delivered via USPS. I had to check into the tracking details to see that it was "ready for pickup", however I've never received any additional info than that. No location, no notice from USPS themselves why it wasn't brought to my mailbox. I tried to call the 1-800 number in the evening and got a notice of a 30 minute hold time. I called the post office in my zip code during their open hours and literally let the phone ring for 6 minutes with no answer. I tried to email to get info and the website wouldn't submit my inquiry. How is a person supposed to communicate with these people about mail they aren't receiving??? You literally have ONE JOB! Get mail to the intended recipients!

Lets just say I'm VERY UNHAPPY with this postal service. I've NEVER EVER had pkgs say that they were delivered to my house and not be there until I moved into this area and they had to go through this post office to get to my house. I've always checked on the status of my pkgs everyday. Last May I bought an item Tracking number said that it was delivered; but it wasn't in my mailbox. Then about 2 weeks ago I bought something else tracking said delivered and I got the padded envelope in my mailbox taped shut with nothing in it. Then a week ago I bought another item. Two days ago tracking number said that it was delivered to my mailbox....it wasn't there. I had gotten my other two pkgs from good ole UPS on my doorstep that day that I was expecting so they can't say that a thief got into my mailbox at my front door. UPS/FEDEX both seem to deliver at around the same time as USPS. Although I have had a time where I didn't get a pkg that said delivered to mailbox until the next day. I don't know what's going on; but I'm putting it out there to show others that this isn't only happening to them.
