The worst post office I've ever used. The manager was very rude. The cashier was great, and was helpful. They need to get a new manager, since I've noticed it's has so many low marks.

We must have the worst USPS in the system. We never get our mail before 5-6pm if we get it at all. It looks like we're on every other day delivery. During the snow we got mail twice in 10 days. The first mail we got in 7 days was only 3 items. We normally get 3-5 pieces a day at least. USPS wonders why there losing money when zuPS and Fedex get stuff here in two days and before dark. I would give zero stars if they let us.

EDITED-READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH: The stars are for the friendly service I receive at this location every time I come in to the counter. I've never yet encountered a rude employee at this location, nor have I ever had to wait an unusual amount of time in line-in fact, when the line gets long, they usually have someone come over with a little handheld device that makes it possible for them to take care of some transactions right on the spot, and route others to the counter. The parking lot has plenty of spaces, and is easy to get into and out of....just watch your speed pulling out of there-police station is right across the way! So far, so good. Now-I would have given five stars, were it not for the person who presently has charge of my route. This woman will do anything to avoid getting out of her truck and putting packages on my porch. She will jam as much as she can into my medium-sized mailbox until I practically have to use the Jaws of Life to get it out. I have received things that are clearly stamped "Do Not Bend" bent to fit, and then there was the package that I traced to the post office that they couldn't find-what a saga that was. I went down there with the tracking printout and receipt, and spoke with the very nice and helpful manager several times. He turned the back room inside out, and came up with nothing. I unhappily decided that the item was lost, when, lo and behold, there it was in the mailbox, quite a while after I had given up on it. Tracking traced it to this post office, said it was "out for delivery," but not noted as "delivered" so if it wasn't in the building, the only other place it could have been was on the truck, probably slipped into some corner or behind the seat unnoticed. Very careless, and we never had experiences like that with previous carriers. UPDATE: I've absolutely had it with whoever is delivering my mail. Today I came home to find a 19X15 envelope with "DO NOT BEND" stickers all over the front, folded and squashed into my mailbox with the rest of the mail. This made even less sense when I saw that there was also a package sitting on my porch. Why not leave the big envelope under the package, if you had to get out of the truck anyway? I am so fed up-I may end up just arranging to pick important or fragile things up at the post office, because this is getting ridiculous.

They keep deciding I don't need my mail. They're wrong and I do. Please stop. This is the third time they just decided to stop delivering to my house.

This is the most poorly organized and managed post office I have ever experienced. After waiting in line for over 40 minutes, I got to the window only to be sent to another line to wait an additional 15 minutes to pick up my mail. Turn out that the window I first went to, for which I waited 40 minutes, was only accepting packages for shipment and not servicing any other requests. One thing to note is that this is the same window I've gone to the last three times to pick up my mail...however, they failed to mention this change to all the patrons in line. I made the recommendation to the mail clerk to make a PSA regarding which services are provided at each window, at least every few minutes, so others won't waste their time as I did.
