Never go through USPS in Baltimore. The call center representatives hate their job apparently and have sharp tongues from probably the poor service they reflect. I called to track a package and to pick it up in person and they would transfer the calls without warning or communicating who I was being transferred to. Terrible company. Or just terrible in this location. I’m never choosing usps ever for any of my packages.

Every single time I walk in I am incredibly disappointed. They lose more packages and give me the wrong packages more often than not. One lady sits on her phone scrolling through instagram while I'm waiting to get her attention every time I walk in, this has happened at least 4 times over the past three months.

The lines are short every time I go and I get in and out fast with no problems.

Postal employees at this location pried open two birthday card envelopes and stole $15.00 in total. Who steals from a child's birthday card? A low life, dirty, scumbag-that's who. I intend to file a complaint and they better have some cameras in this post office because I am NOT going to let this go. I am beyond disgusted!!! Yeah, everyone knows you shouldn't send cash through the mail, but when family sends a child $7.00 for her 7th birthday????? Low-down, dirty, scumbags. Karma is a b!tch.

It's up and down with them they left a pink slip saying to pick up package and post office went there and package couldn't be located days went passed and it got sent back to sender for failure to pick up and had to resend to me.
