I'm Very Thankful for the service which I've received each time I've visited in person this Postal Station as well as being satisfied with the service of the men\women mail carriers. No, no public service nor any other business that deals with the public is going to be 'PERFECT'. For the most part All 'Public' Services have be or will be Done away with the PRIVILEDGE of being able to conduct business with an actual Human Being. Though sometimes there may be inconveniences while conducting your business at the actual Post Office\on the phone. Think about NOT being able to speak nor conduct your business with a Real, living Person, instead, an AUTOMATED SYSTEM, which DOES NOT have Any of the options you need AND DOES NOT CONNECT TO A REAL LIVE HUMAN BEING.... We NEVER miss our Blessings\Conveniences until they aren't there anymore. How about we try to be THANKFUL, by at least Trying to APPRECIATE these services, if for no more than thinking about how much of an INCONVENIENCE it would be WITHOUT them!!! Super angry with this mailing system due to the fact that they won't just leave the package on my steps because of where I live, so I stayed home all day yesterday because it was supposed to be delivered Saturday but late last Saturday they informed me that now it'll be here sometimes between the 10th and the 14th like I said, super angry with this post office.I thought the point of them giving you a garenteed delivery date was so you know when to plan to stay in all day and wait for it, but now I have to stay in all weekend waiting. Everytime I order an item to be delivered home, and it's time for the postal service to deliver my item. The postal service person that's assigned to my street, never knock on my door if it's a package that's not able to fit in the mailbox. They go to the mailboxes and always put a sorry we missed you notice card in my mailbox. That is very annoying especially when I'm in the house all day waiting for my package. Not trying to be disrespectful, I don't drive to pick up packages that's why I order online to have it delivered. HELP! PLEASE!

This has to be by FAR the WORST service Post Office I've ever been to. The personnel took long to do anything, their computers were slow, they weren't friendly, they made me go to the back of the line after taking so long to get service, it's just a HORRIBLE Post Office. Don't go here if you want anything shipped in a timely fashion. I feel sorry for the people living in this neighbourhood. Sigh.

Dislike the hours. Don't open till 10:00am. Then close 12:30. Open again at 2pm till 5. There is normally one cashier, when there is a line and when are picking up packages that's a longer wait. I rather go out of my area and go to arbutus.
