I almost didn't come here because of all the negative reviews, but i was near so i gave it a tr and i was pleasantly surprised. At 3pm on a Thursday there were two people working the counter and only three people in front of me. I was in and out in about 5 minutes and Ms Johnson was super friendly although she did admit that sometimes only one person works the counter and the line has been known to go out the door! Thankfully that was not today. Worst part about this post office for me was the parking. To get a spot near it you will probably have to park in a no stopping spot.

It's a post office. Has anyone ever had a good experience at the post office? This place wasn't any different. The staff was slow, but not rude. Just, knowing they didn't have to try very hard. The building itself is cool and historic. There wasn't a line when I went, so for that, and that alone, it gets an extra star. I think I just lucked out though on timing.

These guys do a great job with the resources they are provided. If we want better service we need to devote more tax revenue to the postal service.

When I first moved to Baltimore over a year ago I was not looking forward to going to this post office location after reading all the bad reviews! I've been coming here on a regular basis and I have nothing to say but good things. There is only one employee who is very rude and not helpful other than that all the ladies that work there are great and very much on top of their job.

Apparently they're understaffed (line to the door and only one person behind the counter?!) and the staff that they do have are incredibly rude and so slow
