The guy attending on this post office needs to improve his costumer services skills. It looks like all customers are bothering him. He is not clear and embaraces each one, speaking loud and making us customers feel uncomfortable at the place. I used to like this office, but not going there anymore.

Charles is the rudest USPS person I've ever encountered (I use USPS to mail out about 20 business packages a day). I was mailing out wedding invitations (exciting stuff huh) and as we got there, a staff member told us that postage was off (from what we've been previously told) so she showed us how to use a machine to print out the amount that was missing. As the postage was printed, I asked Charles how it should be applied and without even looking at me or the postage I was showing him he says "well are you doing it correctly?", so I asked again how it should be applied and he asked again if I was doing it correctly, i told him that I believed so since another staff member had just told me to print these stamps out, and he didn't even answer. I went back to the other counter to ask and the original staff member was able to show me. As we stood there putting these extra stamps on 200 envelopes, Charles continued being rude to almost ever single person that came in to drop off pre-payed packages. Simple questions don't call for rude and attitude responses, Charles.

I went in at around 3pm and there was no line. The guy who helped me was very nice and surprisingly my package was delivered the next morning. This has been the most pleasant experience I've had going to the post office. Very happy!

DISCRIMINATORY. The person before me was stamping several cards while she was in front of the USPS representative, when it was my turn he told me I had to go back because I had to put a piece of tape in top of a small box and was not allowed to do it in front of him. He told me the other person was buying the stamps and that’s why he let her do it, but hey I had to buy the tape from them too. The only difference is that the person before me and the USPS representative are white and I am not.
