The lady who worked at the post office this last weekend, Saturday the 21st of 2018 lied to me. She told me that a package that I had been waiting for, for over a month now was no longer at the post office. I even asked her "so then should I come back on Monday or Tuesday of next week to see if the package is there?" She said "Yeah why not?". So I rush over from work (I work in Ft. Lauderdale) to get to this post office and it takes me almost an hour to get here only to be told "that item was shipped back last Friday (the 20th.) So what does that tell me? That this lady is a liar and should be written up. So now after wasting my time, effort and gas now I have to wait a whole nother month for my package all because that lady couldn't say "the package already went back to the sender." If you can avoid this post office. Avoid it. Oh and don't even think about calling them. They won't want the phone no matter what if it's at the time of opening, mid day or in the last hour before close.

Our carrier is awful. I get a Sorry We Missed You notice that's old with no post office address and then the carrier writes in the previous date ...example....home all day on the 15th ...nothing....checked my mailbox also on the 15th ...nothing....empty mailbox....come home from work on the 16th...notice stating they missed me on the 15th available for pick up on the 16th at post office. Mind you I wasn't home but there was someone else at my home.Come on now this isn't the first time either that this has happened. April 10, 2018 Update I have been living at this same address now for over 7 years and nothing has changed. I still have the same service with the same companies. One example is FPL my service is still with them at the same address .... nothing has changed nothing nada and yet my mail continues to be sent back to FPL as undeliverable. How is that possible? I have other companies calling me and emailing me because mail was returned to them also as undeliverable. What is going on here. The address is correct nothing has changed so why are you sending my mail back as undeliverable? I have been trying to reach someone now for over 2 weeks because once again FPL sent me an email because they received their bill back as undeliverable yet I can not get through to anyone at the post office which I will now have to miss a few hours of work to drive over and try to resolve this in person all because someone is not doing things correctly.

The whole postal service sucks now. If you pay for 2 day shipping, your package gets there in 3 or most times 4. Their tracking information isnt updated until something is delievered. Awful customer service where you have to wait and wait hours to talk to an actual human. This is why amazon is running this out dated service off the map.

Refused to redeliver item to the proper address that was written on the package! And instead of doing that like they were supposed to it was returned to sender. Highly disappointed.

I ordered two Christmas gifts. Two packages were expected, only one received. The tracking states date and time it was delivered, says in mailbox, however it is not. Only one package was received. I live in a complex and if it was delivered, it was to someone else’s mail box. I tried calling multiple times and EVERY time, its automated system says wait time 2 hours. I’m assuming because this incompetency happens often and they don’t want to deal with it. I just had a baby or else I would come into the location and handle it that way! It’s very frustrating that you are avoided so they don’t have to tell you they lost something you purchased or take responsibility in correcting this issue. We have neighbors mail in our box once can only assume it’s a careless error!
