Why couldn't this be a full service Post Office so that I wouldn't have to put up with the horrible service from the Westchester Square post office. All tellers are nice, friendly and helpful.

Fast, friendly & efficient. Gave 4 Stars because it's not a full service Post office. Can't receive packages.100% better than the Post office I have to go to, to pickup any packages if the need arises.

My father unbeknowingly lost a $20 bill and didn't know exactly where. Then one day, USPS at the Crosby Ave location mailed back his $20 bill after explaining to him that he dropped it when he had to pay return shipping on a package. Since then, I always gave my service to this branch for all my postal needs. Great location and glad it helps the community at showing that the staff at this branch cares.

Having been to multiple USPS locations in the Bronx area and for different shipping needs, I can say hands down this was the most pleasant shipping experience I've ever had with the USPS. The employees are helpful, they're friendly, they have the supplies/boxes/tape/pens necessary, and it's not crowded. Shipping with the USPS anywhere else in the area is a nightmare, these people are a blessing.
