This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with! The people have delivered other peoples mail to my house and when I attempted to "return to sender" I was left a very rude note by my delivery person. I called the supervisor to let her know what was going on and her response was "We don't like to deal with that. We won't take it back. If you don't want their mail throw it out. If you put anything else in the box with return to sender we will stop delivery of your mail!!!", I am still having issues with this. Then today I went to the post office to send a package. I was lied to by the person behind the counter about the policies of my credit card (I am not sure why he tried to pass a post office policy off as a credit card policy). I called my credit card company & was told this was not a credit card policy. When I went back to speak with the postmaster I was AGAIN told the postmaster was unavailable. This is the worst post office I have ever worked with. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else if possible!

can someone please tell me why the hours of operation are 9-5 and when you call at 10:41am, no one answers. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a post office branch. There is no operator, no prompts to try and decipher things on your own regarding the post office. Do better Okeechobee!!!!!!
