Worst USPS experience I've ever had. We just moved to a new home and have had 3 packages not delivered because "our home is inaccessible" and "our address is not eligible". Both of which are untrue (FedEx nor UPS have any issues delivering and I've watched our mail truck drive right by stopping at other houses). No one answers the phone despite calling at least 15 times. Even the main Tulsa USPS told me how awful they are when I've called them trying to get answers. I will be driving to their office tomorrow and making someone speak to me. Update 4 months later: 2 days ago, our carrier knocked on our door. I immediately stood up and went to answer (MAYBE 10 seconds) and he was already back to his truck with a sticker left on our door to come pick up. Fast forward to today: No knock. Nothing! I am expecting a delivery and my account is saying our home is inaccesible/unavailable for delivery. I’m a stay at home mom. I am ALWAYS home and our house is ALWAYS available for delivery. If anyone has any recommendations on where I can file a formal complaint on the carrier/location, please let me know. They are the absolute worst.

*****ATTENTION****GOOGLE, for the love of god, please stop changing the hours listed?!?!?! 8:30-5 M-F and 10-12 Sat. There are NO retail services at this location. No stamps, no boxes, no money orders, no passports. They can take prepaid items and help you pick up mail and packages. Thank you!!

Yeah you guys will scan the packages until your employees damage a package then you just won't scan it so it will look like it's lost. So the fact that my package has to expected delivery date was removed automatically tells me the my package was likely extremely damaged just like last time. Thankfully I put insurance on it. I already know what to expect.

watched the mail carrier put a missed delivery slip in my mailbox when he never bothered leaving his vehicle and coming to my door. Tried to call to complain but the phone is off the hook with a busy signal. Tried to e-mail a complaint to USPS customer service but when I submitted the complaint it threw me an error and told me to try again later. Just ridiculous...

Absolutely ridiculous! I tried calling this post office for 4 hours!!! The phone would just ring and ring and then after awhile it would just give me a busy signal! I had to file a claim with the USPS customer service to see about why my package tracking number says it was delivered but it’s not in my mailbox or at my apartment complex’s office! I am so mad because if I can’t find my package I don’t know if I’ll be able to get ahold of products due to the fact they are limited edition run! I have a stepmom who is a postmaster and this is straight up ridiculous!
