I have always had good experiences at this station. Sometimes the line has been long, but it gives you a chance to chat with others. The staff has always been helpful and kind. I love this station. When they tell me something will be delivered a certain day, it always is.

It's your typical post office. They are lazy. I was trying to figure out how to send a box. The wait was so long, I left. went to postal center where they make a living on what they do.

WTF over. I have watched a package supposed to be delivered from these guys on Wednesday for 3 days. They keep sending it back to the sort and shipping facility on 21st St and they just send it back out for delivery to them, then they send it back.... somebody needs to whip these people into shape. My carrier is great but that PO is just...wow.

Trying to get anything delivered from this Post Office is near impossible. I had an item tagged as undeliverable due to the address despite getting mail here regularly. Not only did they not deliverer it, they sent it back to Amazon the same day without a second attempt. I had to reorder the item and hope that they wanted to deliver it the second time. This morning at 7:30 I checked the status on the Amazon website and it was tagged as an attempt but due to my place of business being close they didn't deliver it. The package is small enough that it could fit in the mailbox and there was no sticker saying they had made an attempt. Also, the number corresponding to this location does not work.

The lady was rude the entire time. The staff needs retraining in some manners.
