I found out why this USPS has such low ratings.  Although I had seen all the bad reviews, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but now I really believe all the bad reviews.  A worker named "Doris" (I had to ask her to show me her name tag because she had it concealed under her sweater -- for good reason) was extremely rude to me in front of about ten customers with regard to a "Fragile" package I was shipping. After I paid for my "Fragile" box that we had been discussing (she told me I had to "lie" and say it wasn't "Fragile", or else pay a $10+ special handling fee, which I'd never had to do before in hundreds of shipments), she turned and literally threw my "Fragile" shipment into a bin several feet away.  I said, "Thanks for throwing my "Fragile" package."  She said, "You're welcome."  I said, "Now I see why this USPS gets such bad reviews.  I'm going to go home and write another one."  She said flippantly, "Okay, go right ahead."  So if you go to this USPS (which I don't recommend), and see "Doris", you might as well turn around and go to another USPS, unless you don't mind getting treated with First Class Rudeness.

The wait can be long, especially if you go on your lunchbreak. However, no one has ever been rude to me here, and it's not the employee's fault that they are so understaffed. I think they're doing their best despite the slow decline of the United States postal service. Bonus: they are open on Saturdays!

Nobody ever answers the phone at this location!!! I mailed a package with tracking and it never even got scanned in!! Go somewhere else.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Tony Leonard, a "customer service" rep, called me a pain in the ass in front of probably about 16 other waiting customers simply for asking questions about my package I was sending out as any customer probably would. I treated him courteously in my opinion but he seemed aggravated and unwilling to help. I asked him to please not be so argumentative with me. I just moved here from Arkansas. I was so embarrassed and humiliated after this I sat in my car once I got home and cried my eyes out. I will never be back to this location.

So i ordered a package and the tracking informatiom said it had been delivered but i never received it. I live at an apt complex and our boxes are opened by key only (so i know someone didnt take it from my box) and i inquired about it at the post office and was told that my package had been delivered to an address that wasnt on my package and when i asked how something like this couldve happened when my address was clearly listed on the package, their response was that the delivery person is at fault and we have sent a notice to the address where it was delivered to stating that they received this item by error and needs to be returned to the post office and i get a call today telling me that the item cant be retrieved and i have to have the company that it came from file a complaint....im sorry when ur employee is at fault they should be held responsible and so should the company that employs them since they are the reason im out of pocket!!!!!
