They lost my package. They said they left it i the front porch but I live in an Apartment. They either lost it or left it outside where ANYONE can take it. Like why do that? Its obvious you need to take it to the apartment office when no one is home, it has been done like that all the time! So upsetting because this is like the third time they lise something.

Waiting line was processed quickly, faster than expected. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable and handled my shipping order efficiently. No complaints.

Most unfriendly faces possible, not to mention line was massive at 8:40. Naturally there was one teller and he was grumpy. I waited in line for literally 30 minutes for him to simply say, "that my returned package was probably due to the post worker feeling unsafe leaving at doorstep. And to reship I would need to repay full amount." Like what in the world?! No apology? No trying to give me a refund? Like come on..

The staff member was friendly and explained to me which service I needed. And he answered all my questions. Many reviews were low and almost went to another post office but I'm glad I gave them a chance.

This post office is horrible! I hardly get my deliveries. They either mark it as undeliverable and send it back or leave a note that they tried to deliver although they never did. I have to now have things delivered elsewhere to make sure I get things I order.
